Definition and Usage
The iat property gets, or sets, the value of
the specified position.
Specify both row and column with a number representing the position.
Syntax
dataframe.iat[row, column)
Parameters

| row | Required. A number specifying the row
|
| column | Required. A number specifying the column columns
|
Return Value
The value of the specified cell.
