Definition and Usage
The equalsIgnoreCase()
method compares two strings, ignoring lower case and upper case differences.
This method returns true if the strings are equal, and false if not.
Tip: Use the compareToIgnoreCase() method to compare two strings lexicographically, ignoring case differences.
